Missouri Senate

Missouri’s state senators are limited to serving two four-year terms. Eight of the state’s 34 senators represent at least part of the Kansas City metro area. Scroll inside the visualization to read more about the delegation.

Missouri House

Missouri’s House members can serve up to four two-year terms.Of the state’s 163 members, 38 represent Jackson, Clay, Cass and Platte counties, and one seat in Lee’s Summit is vacant. Keep in mind that some members represent more than one county.
